Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you schedule a meeting, such as your name, contact information, and booking details. Cal.com processes this information to create and manage the appointment.
Analytics and attribution
We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site usage, page engagement, and conversion activity. We use Microsoft Clarity to create heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings that help us understand how visitors navigate the site. We use Short.io to measure how marketing links contribute to visits, calendar engagement, and completed bookings.
Attribution data can include a Short.io click ID, campaign parameters, timestamps, landing path, and referring website origin. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or calendar form responses to Short.io, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity. The booking form is explicitly masked from Clarity recordings.
We store first-touch and last-touch attribution in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days after the latest attributable visit. Direct visits do not replace a valid marketing source. Standard campaign values and a limited attribution record can also be attached to a Cal.com booking for reporting and reconciliation.
Service providers
We use service providers including Cal.com for scheduling, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google Analytics for site measurement, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session insights, Short.io for link attribution, and Gumlet for video delivery. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can clear this site's local storage through your browser settings to remove stored attribution. You can also use browser privacy controls to limit analytics and storage. Contact Cascade Web Solutions through this website if you have a privacy question or request.
