What We Do, And When You'll See It

A kickoff in week 1, a call with you every month, and a deep-dive sit-down every quarter.

  1. Week 1

    Kickoff And Your Plan

About an hour of your time: logins, plus the services and cities you want more of. Everything we do from there is tracked.

  2. Month 1

    Profiles, Reviews, Tracking

The profiles you have, fixed. A weekly review routine. Call tracking set up, and Google Ads running where SEO hasn't reached yet.

  3. Months 1–3

Pages For Every Service And City

Built in the order the money is, with the technical fixes and local links behind them.

  4. Every month

A Call, Plus Video And Report Breakdowns

We get on a call and walk you through what we did, what moved and what's next.

  5. Every quarter

    A Deep-Dive Sit-Down On Your Market

A bigger meeting on top of the monthly calls: who gained on you, where to push next, and whether to add a location. New locations take 4 to 8 months.

This Works If

  • You're doing roughly $1M to $10M a year in home services
  • Your crews could handle more jobs than the phone is bringing in
  • You want to see the work for yourself
  • You'll share your job numbers so we can count sales, not clicks

It Is Not For You If

  • You are under that size. The math does not favor you yet, and we will say so on the call
  • You want #1 on Google guaranteed by Friday
  • You would rather keep buying shared leads and racing four other guys to the phone

Apply For Your Market

Forty-five minutes on a screen share. We pull up your market live, show you who's beating you on the map, and give you the two or three moves that book jobs fastest. You keep that list either way.

Get more from the call: pull last year's jobs from your CRM with the city or zip code on each one. That's what we line up against your map. A rough count by city works too.
“My only regret is that I didn't find him first.”

Hi, I'm Todd

I've spent 5-plus years growing home-service companies on Google, 70+ of them across client campaigns and consulting.

I post what's working for our clients every day on my Twitter Profile.

Questions Owners Ask

How much is it a month?

$2,500 to $8,000 for most clients, month to month. Where you land depends on how many locations and trades we cover, how tough your cities are, and whether we also handle your Google Ads.

Could my competitor hire you too?

No. One company per market. The first thing I check on the call is whether yours is still open.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month, 30 days' notice. Your site, your profiles and your rankings stay yours if you go.

We only have one shop. Will this still work?

Yes. Most clients start with the shop and the profile they already have. We add a location only when your job numbers show steady work in an area of the city where you don't show up. Two Sons Fence Company is at four.

What does opening another location actually involve?

An office you rent or own. We pick the spot from your job numbers and check who already ranks there before you sign a lease.

When should the phone start ringing more?

In cities where you already have an office or a profile, usually within 1 to 3 months. New locations take 4 to 8. On the call I'll tell you which of your cities should move first.

How is this different from buying leads?

A shared lead goes to you and three or four other companies at once, and you pay whether it books or not. A call from your own Google profile comes to you alone, and there's no fee per call.

Isn't Google Ads enough?

No. Every Ads customer costs you again next month. Savage Diesel paid $450+ per customer on Google Ads; from SEO it's $220, and they switched off LSA and Meta. Masters Roofing switched off PPC once SEO was bringing in the calls. We run Google Ads too, so the two work together while SEO builds.

What do I see each month?

Every month you get a video breakdown and a report breakdown of what we did and what we're doing next, and we get on a call to go through it. Every quarter we do a bigger deep dive on your market.

How do I know the calls came from Google?

We help get your call tracking set up. Once it's in place, we use attribution to see when each call came in and where the click came from. The recordings live in your systems, so you can listen to them.

Who do I talk to when I need something?

Your own Slack channel with me and my team. I pride myself on getting back to clients in under 120 seconds during business hours.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour at the start: logins for your Google profiles, website and CRM, and a list of the services and cities you want more of. After that, a monthly call with us. The biggest help from your side is techs asking every happy customer for a review.

How do you get us more reviews?

We set up a routine for your techs to ask every happy customer before they leave, with a link that goes straight to your Google profile.

Does any of this carry over to ChatGPT?

Yes. ChatGPT and Google's AI answers pull from the same pages, profiles and reviews we build, and we track both.

Do you guarantee #1?

No. Anyone who guarantees #1 is lying to you. You see the work and the results every month, and you decide if it's worth it.
